Duties
Product Strategy and Leadership
● Develop long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives and
market needs.
● Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization through execution
and post-launch analysis.
● Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance team environment.
Cross-functional Leadership
● Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
● Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating vision and objectives clearly
across the company.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
● Lead in-depth market research to understand trends, competitive dynamics, and
customer behavior.
● Identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation by analyzing
market gaps.
Product Roadmap and Prioritization
● Own the product roadmap and prioritize product features based on business
goals, customer feedback, and market demand.
● Ensure that products and features are designed to meet customer needs while
supporting scalability.
Product Development and Launch
● Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including setting
timelines, managing resources, and ensuring quality assurance.
● Lead go-to-market strategy and product launch initiatives in collaboration with
Marketing and Sales teams.
Data-driven Decision Making
● Define KPIs to track product performance and success.
● Utilize data and analytics to monitor and optimize product features post-launch,
ensuring continual improvement.
Required Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
● MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
● 5 years of experience in product management with a proven record of successful product launches.
● Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a solid grasp of market analysis, customer
insights, and product management methodologies.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and aligning cross-functional
teams.
● Ability to drive innovation and create solutions that align with user needs and company goals.
