Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for understanding MyFleet and other CS Application requirements using scaled agile development practice. Ensure functionality delivered meets standards of Software development practice. Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
Provide technical leadership to an agile team of 5-10. Work with Product Manager and Business partners to understand product requirements & vision.
Facilitate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
Work with product Manager , architects, Business partner to develop multi generation product roadmap plans for MyFleet Application
Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables. Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products.
Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge.
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
Shows increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
Routinely collaborates with UX Design to know customers and understand behaviors.
Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
Demonstrates ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing.
Collaborates with PM for the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
Collaborates with Product Managers/TPMs to decompose features into consumable user stories.
Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
Partners with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy development process.
Education Qualification
For roles outside USA:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
For roles in USA:Bachelor's Degree in with minimum years of experience4years

• Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, The base pay range for this position is $97,200- $154,500 per year.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a (10%) performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
