Staff Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Program Manager to join our team in Chennai. As a Staff Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Your major end result will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality programs that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in program management or related field
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex programs from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
