Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. As a critical bridge between business, engineering, and design, you will drive product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure delivery excellence. This is a hands-on role for a visionary who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Planning:
- Develop and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, marketing, and sales, to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide deep technical insights into Cryptography and related APIs, and integrations to guide development and ensure scalability and robustness of the products.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to inform product design and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Product Delivery:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data insights and user feedback.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing data-driven products.
- Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven ability to work closely with technical teams, including software engineers and data scientists.
- Product Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs, and SaaS platforms. Experience with privacy-first solutions and data integrity products is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a user-centric approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Familiarity with steganography, blockchain, and distributed systems.
- Exposure to B2B or enterprise software product development.
