We are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform with a strong engineering background and deep understanding of building scalable SaaS/PaaS products. This role will be pivotal in driving the vision,strategy, and execution of our platform initiatives, particularly those focused on data, automation, and interoperability in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
Define and Own Platform Strategy
- Collaborate with product and technical leadership to set a roadmap for core platform services, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
- Drive Full Product Lifecycle
- Lead product development from ideation through launch and iteration, working closely with engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Prioritize Using Data & KPIs
- Use metrics, customer insights, and industry benchmarks to guide decisions, balance trade-offs, and optimize for both user value and business impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with design, marketing, support, and operations to launch features and enhancements that drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Platform Innovation & Ownership
- Identify opportunities to improve developer experience, system reliability, and data workflows through robust platform capabilities.
- Healthcare Domain Alignment
- Stay ahead of industry regulations and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) to ensure the platform is compliant and future-ready.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 10+ years in software/tech industry, with 5+ years in product management, preferably for platform, developer tools, or backend systems.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, S3, SQS, MSK, RDS, CloudWatch).
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Workflow & Rules Engines: Strong understanding of Camunda, Drools, DMN for business automation.
- DevOps & Observability: Experience with Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, ELK, and distributed tracing.
- Security & Compliance: Familiarity with IAM tools (Keycloak, Okta) and security best practices in regulated environments.
- Agile Product Management: Comfortable with Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, Confluence, and stakeholder management across global teams.
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT / HealthTech domains.
