We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Cognitive team to work on bleeding-edge AI projects. The Technical Product Manager will take part in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for Cognitive services, extending the capabilities beyond Document Intelligence. This role is a good fit for someone who is passionate about AI and Cloud.

RESPOSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the Cognitive AI services, based on customer requirements, market trends, and business goals.
  • Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to identify user needs, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Lead the product development process, working closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative methods to understand and improve product performance – build product metrics, conduct thorough testing and validation, leverage user stories and case studies.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Conversational AI technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Build relationships with customers develop insights that achieve commercial and technological success for our customers
  • Effectively manage multiple products across different customers, lifecycles, and teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Cognitive AI platforms. Strong understanding of the cloud competitive landscape (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Good understanding of AI methods, as well as databases and distributed data processing systems.
  • Ability to design complex AI product’s features hiding complexity while focusing on the customer's view of the world, intuitive experience, ease-of-understanding and ease-of-use for the end user.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possesses a passionate, entrepreneurial mindset; embrace full ownership of the product and accountability for all outcome
  • Solid understanding of Conversational AI technologies, including natural language understanding (NLU), chatbots, voice assistants, and related frameworks.
