Job Description:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program
and Project Manager<\/b> to drive product execution, oversee project delivery,
and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have
strong experience managing complex product and project lifecycles, especially
in SaaS environments, with hands -on expertise in project tracking and
management<\/b>.
This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the
ability to lead cross -functional teams in a fast -paced, high -growth setting.
Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/p>- Plan, manage, and oversee end -to -end
programs and projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.<\/span>
<\/li>- Use Jira / Click Up<\/b> to structure
epics, track tasks, manage sprints, monitor dependencies, and report
progress.<\/span>
<\/li>- Develop detailed project roadmaps,
timelines, and execution plans aligned with business goals.<\/span>
<\/li>- Identify project risks, issues, and
blockers and drive mitigation plans proactively.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain all project documentation,
dashboards, and periodic status reports.<\/span>

- Agile Execution & Product Delivery<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint
planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate closely with Product Managers
to convert product requirements into actionable delivery plans.<\/span>
<\/li>- Oversee feature development lifecycles
from ideation to deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and customer
impact.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure alignment between engineering,
design, QA, and product teams throughout the product development cycle.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>- SaaS Release & Deployment Coordination<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Partner with Engineering and DevOps to
plan and coordinate SaaS releases across environments.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support versioning, rollout planning, and
release readiness assessments.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure clear communication of release
schedules, changes, and impacts across internal and external
stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/li>- Participate in post -release reviews to
identify improvements and drive process enhancements.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>- Cross -Functional Collaboration &
Stakeholder Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Act as a central bridge between Product,
Engineering, DevOps, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.<\/span>
<\/li>- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reviews,
and executive updates with clear, concise presentation of project status,
risks, and decisions.<\/span>
<\/li>- Engage with internal and external
stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure transparent and effective
communication across all levels of the organization.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>- Communication, Reporting &
Presentation<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Prepare and deliver presentations to
stakeholders, including senior leadership.<\/span>
<\/li>- Communicate program progress, risks,
dependencies, and escalation items regularly and effectively.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain clarity, traceability, and
documentation across all projects and product initiatives.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 5+ years of experience as a Program
Manager, Project Manager, <\/b>preferably in SaaS or cloud -native product
companies.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong proficiency in Jira, Click Up<\/b>,
Ms Project and other project management tools.<\/span>
<\/li>- Hands -on experience leading Agile teams
(Scrum, Kanban, Lean).<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication, interpersonal,
and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proven ability to drive cross -functional
alignment and manage complex dependencies.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong problem -solving, analytical
thinking, and decision -making abilities.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience preparing and delivering
high -quality presentations to leadership and customers.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in Office 365<\/b> and associated
collaboration tools.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience working with multi -tenant SaaS
products or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience working in a startup is a plus<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience working in AML/Compliance/FinCrime space is a plus.<\/span>
<\/li>- AI -related project or product experience
is an added advantage.<\/span>
