Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team at Incubyte. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of key technical initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
- Manage and drive technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.
- Track and communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our program management processes.
