Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
<\/p>

· Communicate effectively to keep all the stakeholders (internal & customer) informed of the progress of the engagement, issues, blockers, successes, and impact to drive adoption & realize value
<\/p>

· Proactively manage and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
<\/p>

· Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure project outcomes, present progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
<\/p>

· Build and execute effective stakeholder management and governance plans, ensuring transparency and alignment.
<\/p>

· Prepare and deliver executive -level presentations and status updates to senior leadership.
<\/p>

· Champion continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.
<\/p>

· Lead the team as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile rituals and promoting best practices
<\/p>

· Collaborate with the team to manage ADO boards and maintain accurate documentation
<\/p>

· Partner with the product manager to prioritize and refine the backlog effectively
<\/p>

· Empower the team to achieve objectives and deliver results through strong leadership
<\/p>

Requirements
<\/p>

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
<\/p>

· Overall exp – 15 -20 years in IT & Min 7 years exp as Program Manager/Delivery Manager handling multiple projects & well versed with Program management & Delivery process.
<\/p>

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
<\/p>

· Exp working in Agile – Scrum, Kanban & usage of Agile tools.
<\/p>

· Strong stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to influence senior executives.
<\/p>

· Exceptional communication, problem -solving, and presentation skills.
<\/p>

· Experience in planning, scheduling, risk & people management process.
<\/p>

· Proactively manage and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
<\/p>

· Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for the team.
<\/p>

· PMP or Prince2 certification.
<\/p>

Good To Have
<\/p>

· Technical background with hands on experience in backend and frontend application development or ETL/data engineering, along with a good understanding of data flows, data quality, and integration challenges.
<\/p>

· Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and code review practices.
<\/p>

· Familiarity with testing processes and managing development workflows.
<\/p>
