About the Role<\/b>
<\/p>
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM)<\/b>, you will lead a dynamic team of AI engineers and full stack developers - to design, develop, and deliver scalable AI -driven products and web applications. You will own the end -to -end execution of technical programs, from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and full -stack applications.
<\/li> - Drive program strategy, planning, and execution across multiple AI and software engineering initiatives.
<\/li> - Partner with Data Science, Cloud Infrastructure, and Product Management teams to define program objectives and success metrics.
<\/li> - Oversee architecture reviews, POCs, and solution scalability for AI and application systems.
<\/li> - Define, manage, and communicate project roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
<\/li> - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe) and ensure adherence to best practices.
<\/li> - Mentor and empower engineering teams to improve delivery velocity, collaboration, and innovation.
<\/li> - Track and report on program KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery health to executive leadership.
<\/li> - Foster collaboration between AI research and engineering teams to move models from prototype to production.
<\/li> - Ensure cloud -based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) meet standards for reliability, security, and cost -efficiency.

<\/p>
What We’re Looking For<\/b>
<\/p>- 7–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
<\/li> - Strong background managing AI/ML or data -centric engineering teams.
<\/li> - Proven experience delivering cloud -native applications and AI/ML solutions in production.
<\/li> - Understanding of Python -based full -stack frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, React/Node.js).
<\/li> - Familiarity with AI/ML tools and workflows (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, model deployment).
<\/li> - Hands -on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud ecosystems.
<\/li> - Deep knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies; certified Scrum Master or PMP preferred.
<\/li> - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem -solving skills.
<\/li> - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>- Experience leading multi -disciplinary teams (AI, software, DevOps, data engineering).
<\/li> - Understanding of MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and API -driven architectures.
<\/li> - Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
<\/li> - Passion for innovation, emerging AI technologies, and scalable architecture design.
