About the role
The Technical Program Manager, Communications will thoughtfully guide products from concept to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Adobe Campaign instances, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications
Manage data integration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data imports/exports. Monitor and enhance data quality and segmentation strategies
Work with other teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms
Identify and resolve technical issues within Adobe Campaign, providing support for troubleshooting and user training
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, audience engagement, and system usage metrics
Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices related to Adobe Campaign
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to align on objectives and improve campaign strategies
Manage day to day operations of Adobe campaign from a technical perspective. This includes resolving issues, updating certificates, filing and responding to support tickets with Adobe.
Liaison for all development teams and contracts to remove roadblocks and ensure program progress.
Work closely with the Director of Loyalty Technology, other Technical Program Managers, and Solution Architects to manage the software development lifecycle from requirement intake to deployment.
Work cross-functionally with loyalty, personalization, and marketing stakeholders to write detailed front-end and back-end feature requirements, serving as the on-site experience SME during backlog refinement with design, architecture, and development teams.
Collaborate closely with product owners and managers to maintain the communication roadmap and prioritize incoming scope requests while managing timelines and guiding expectations across stakeholder teams.
Coordinate with product managers and architects across Customer Experience, Digital Products, Payments, and other teams to align backlogs, document key design decisions, and direct UAT testing activities ahead of feature releases.
Lead SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners.
Ensure all testing environments and ready and stable, provide technical input for go/no-go criteria, and manage production code releases.
Collaborate closely with the data & analytics teams to define, measure, and report on the key performance indicators of feature performance, customer experience impact, and business value.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.)
Relevant Experience
8+ Years with industry experience in program management
Minimum 2+ years in Adobe Campaign (preferred)
Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack
