We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the successful execution of our engineering initiatives. This role requires a servant-leader mindset, with a strong focus on enabling Agile teams to perform at their best while managing a high-impact pipeline of complex L3 support engineering tickets. As a key link between engineering, product, and customer success teams, you will be responsible for driving execution, fostering collaboration, and ensuring technical programs are delivered with excellence.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Agile Delivery Management
- Facilitate and guide multiple Agile Scrum teams, aligning them to sprint goals and ensuring timely delivery of key product features.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proactively remove blockers and reinforce adherence to Agile best practices across teams.
Technical Program Ownership
- Own and manage the prioritization of L3 support engineering tickets, coordinating closely with engineering leads for timely resolution.
- Balance unplanned support-driven work with roadmap-driven initiatives, ensuring quality and deadlines are not compromised.
- Track technical dependencies, mitigate risks, and implement scalable solutions.
- Define and publish L3 support processes, SLAs, and metrics to drive operational transparency and improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, product management, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Deliver clear status updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
Process Optimization
- Continuously improve workflows related to L3 ticket handling and Agile delivery processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Implement tools, dashboards, and reporting systems for better visibility and predictability across programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterβs degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role within software product companies.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical experience as a Scrum Master or TPM.
- Proven ability to manage L3-level engineering support pipelines in fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and modern tech stacks.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and project tracking dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or other Agile certifications.
- Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
- Familiarity with managing distributed engineering teams across time zones.
