Job Brief
We are looking for
an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee complex engineering
initiatives spanning Full Stack development and AI/ML solutions. This role
requires a strong blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and
stakeholder leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program
Ownership: Drive
end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology programs
across Full Stack and AI.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate between engineering, data science, product, QA, and business teams to align priorities.
Roadmap
& Execution: Define program roadmaps, break down complex projects into milestones, and
manage dependencies.
Agile
& Process Management: Implement and manage Agile/Scrum processes, ensuring teams deliver on time with
quality.
Risk
& Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and blockers, and implement mitigation
strategies.
Stakeholder
Communication: Provide clear
updates on progress, timelines, and risks to leadership, clients, and team
members.
Technical Insight: Understand architecture, AI/ML workflows, and product design to
support informed decision-making.
Quality &
Compliance: Ensure adherence to
best practices, security, and responsible AI deployment standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 3 years in program/project management.
Strong
technical background in software development (Full Stack) and/or AI/ML
workflows.
Proven experience leading complex, multi-team programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and program management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
