What’s unique about this role?

Lighthouse eDiscovery is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager in India to support our growing ESI (Electronically Stored Information) business and its workflow automation initiatives.  This role collaborates with Product Managers to define and optimize the end-to-end workflow, service capabilities, technologies, tools and products. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing technical products in support of eDiscovery Services end-to-end workflows. The successful candidate will partner with various teams to translate concepts and ideas into well-defined scenarios and user stories, adhere to agile methodologies, and work efficiently with the development team for successful implementation.

What will this person do?

    • Work closely with leadership and technical teams to plan, scope and deliver multiple projects on budget and on schedule.
    • Drive cross functional team to define, document, and communicate nonstandard data solutions from collection through production – leveraging both 1st and 3rd party technologies – to offer a scalable solution to our clients.
    • Manage client expectations and commitments regarding the roadmap and feature delivery.
    • Oversee the creation of user stories and requirements for features in each Quarterly Capacity Planning (QCP) session.
    • Communicate product roadmap and health metrics to CTO leadership, stakeholders, and senior Lighthouse leaders.
    • Balance prioritization based on criticality versus commitments, managing stakeholder expectations around support requests.
    • Oversee release planning and scheduling, sign off on completed stories, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Ensure General Availability (GA) readiness with Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, ensuring proper training and documentation.
    • Help engineers translate business requirements into deliverables
    • Assess program effectiveness and optimize ROI

    • Solid understanding of EDRM data usage, formats, fields and potential issues.
    • Experience with litigation support and eDiscovery technologies including data collection, modern data/messaging platform administration (M365, Teams, Slack, Google), third-party tools for data collection, exporting and/or processing (Cellebrite, MessageCrawler, Encase, Logikcull), Nuix, Relativity, Concordance, eCapture, Brainspace, etc.
    • Experience with Agile and Waterfall principles and methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps.
    • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and competing priorities
    • Genuine empathy for customers and dedication to addressing their challenges.
    • Strong attention to detail and a well-developed sense of organization.
    • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
    • Quick learner, capable of mastering new technologies and processes
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
    • 6+ years of e-discovery experience, with 2+ years of e-discovery project management, operations or consulting experience.
    • Proven success in developing products within established deadlines

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
