Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead planning and execution of software programs across our digital product suite—mobile apps, website, and backend/cloud infrastructure. As TPM, you’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, product, design, QA, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of scalable digital features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define program plans, track milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.

  • Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate product requirements into executable development plans.

  • Collaborate with in-house and external development teams to ensure timely sprint delivery and release cadence.

  • Ensure proper integration between app, vehicle telematics, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Set up and manage project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and agile/scrum practices.

  • Coordinate validation, QA, and field testing for releases; ensure bug triaging and timely resolutions.

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain alignment between engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.

  • Drive post-launch monitoring, analytics feedback loops, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; MBA is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of mobile app development (Flutter/React Native/native), web technologies (React/Next.js), and cloud/backend (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or similar).

  • Proven experience delivering complex digital products across web, mobile, and backend.

  • Strong command of Agile methodologies; certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passion for technology, customer experience, and mobility innovation.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in automotive, IoT, or connected product ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with Git workflows, REST APIs, cloud-native deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • An eye for design, usability, and system scalability.
