We are looking for a results-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead planning and execution of software programs across our digital product suite—mobile apps, website, and backend/cloud infrastructure. As TPM, you’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, product, design, QA, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of scalable digital features.
Own end-to-end program delivery for app (Android/iOS), website, and backend/cloud systems.
Define program plans, track milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate product requirements into executable development plans.
Collaborate with in-house and external development teams to ensure timely sprint delivery and release cadence.
Ensure proper integration between app, vehicle telematics, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Set up and manage project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and agile/scrum practices.
Coordinate validation, QA, and field testing for releases; ensure bug triaging and timely resolutions.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain alignment between engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
Drive post-launch monitoring, analytics feedback loops, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
6–10 years of experience in software program/project management, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
Strong understanding of mobile app development (Flutter/React Native/native), web technologies (React/Next.js), and cloud/backend (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or similar).
Proven experience delivering complex digital products across web, mobile, and backend.
Strong command of Agile methodologies; certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for technology, customer experience, and mobility innovation.
Prior experience in automotive, IoT, or connected product ecosystems.
Familiarity with Git workflows, REST APIs, cloud-native deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
An eye for design, usability, and system scalability.
