The Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 8–12 years of experience to join our core program management function. As a TPM at Josys, you’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning product development, platform infrastructure, and go-to-market initiatives.

This is an individual contributor role—ideal for candidates who are hands-on, execution-driven, and thrive in a collaborative startup environment. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our product and engineering operations while helping the company deliver against aggressive growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Drive complex, cross-functional programs that span product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

  • Define, plan, and execute programs from early-stage ideation through launch and iteration.

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate vision and strategy into detailed execution roadmaps.

  • Facilitate agile planning rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and align teams around delivery goals.

  • Proactively identify blockers, risks, and misalignments—and work across teams to resolve them.

  • Ensure clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment at all levels, including executive updates.

  • Drive continuous improvement in how we prioritize, plan, and execute cross-functional work.

  • Contribute to building our program management culture, tools, and best practices as we scale.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in SaaS, product-led, or startup environments.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

  • Proven ability to lead complex technical programs with multiple engineering squads and evolving priorities.

  • Experience driving end-to-end execution in ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environments.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills—able to influence across functions and levels.

  • Technical fluency—able to engage effectively with engineers and product managers on architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and systems thinking.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, GitHub, and other modern collaboration platforms.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and microservices-based architecture.

  • Experience with building internal tooling, developer platforms, or enterprise-facing infrastructure.

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.

AI & Productivity Mindset:

  • Must be AI tech-savvy — actively using AI tools to improve productivity.

  • Proactive in leveraging emerging technologies (including AI) to drive faster, smarter development and solve real product challenges.
