Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) with proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery. The TPM will be responsible for leading complex IT implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful rollout of our healthcare product.

This role requires strong project management and technical leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Manage project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies; maintain RAID logs.
  • Coordinate integration initiatives with internal and external technical teams.
  • Oversee data migration, mapping, and interoperability deliverables.
  • Drive testing, validation, and quality assurance phases.
  • Provide clear client communication, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-14 years of Overall experience
  • 510 years of relevant experience in technical project management.
  • Strong track record delivering enterprise IT implementations.
  • Expertise in Agile / Scrum project management tools and practices (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of data migration, integrations, and APIs.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills.
