We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner II to join our Loans Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pune, MH/ Chennai– HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Leads product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology and software products. Usually assigned to high-growth product area expectations and has fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments and competitor profiles.
  • Ideate with the Business, SMEs to come up with innovative solutions including adoption of AI.
  • Collaborate with the Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather and develop story level requirements in JIRA that allows the Development Team to deliver consistent level of high-quality code. 
  • Deliver committed value associated with the initiatives identified.
  • Improve predictability and adoption of new functionality/capability by client platforms.
  • Required to lead a Technology POD and participate in all agile /sprint activities (planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, standups, and design)  
  • Create and Maintain Story level functional, non-functional requirements and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA (excluding technical tasks). Write and elaborate stories to align with Product definition of “Ready for Development”.  
  • Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes as defined in acceptance criteria. 
  • Prepare and circulate release notes, as a part of operational readiness 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  

  • Agile methodology using JIRA & Confluence  
  • Investment Banking Loan products knowledge. Fintech experience would be preferred.
  • Experience in delivering AI enabled digital products
  • 7-10 years of total work experience in Product delivery (Agile delivery preferred).  
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with and advising executive and senior leaders to set strategy, define the product, and make tough judgements between time to market and features
  • This role requires deep product management expertise, excellent leadership and influencing skills and strong business judgement.
  • Bachelor’s or post graduate degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
