Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across product areas, and deliver tangible business results
- Solution new product workflows, manage deployment to different Banks and FI's while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Write PRDs, manage backlogs, carry out experimentation (A/B, multivariate), work with designers to create prototypes and effectively prioritize new features vs. tech debt.
- Increase customer reach by integrating and optimizing new/existing communication channels, applying gamification/behavioral finance concepts to improve platform engagement and maximize payments.
- Plan and strategize multi-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
- Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate Customer engagement patterns and improve on/create new feature
- Obtaining feedback from customers, designers, and engineers and adjusting product specifications as needed.
Skills and Competencies
- 2+ years of Product Management work experience in Technology, E-commerce, Retail Banking or Fintech domain.
- Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is a constant, and creativity is a must
- Strong market research capabilities and penchant for numbers to extract patterns and insights
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
- B. Tech\Engineering in Computer or related degree preferred
- Knowledge of machine learning, NLP and prior development experience would be an added advantage.
