What You’ll Drive at company
Lead Design Strategy & User Experience
- Define and own company's end-to-end UX vision, focusing on enhancing customer service.
- Champion a user-centered approach to simplify support workflows.
- Integrate design thinking into company's product strategy, influencing the roadmap and prioritizing features that improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across company's interaction, visual design elements.
Strategically Visionary and Hands-On
- Lead critical design initiatives directly, including creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on contributions to maintain a deep understanding of company's product and users.
Drive Self-Serve Experience Design
- Make self-serve a strategic focus by designing intuitive, scalable user journeys that reduce support dependency.
- Identify and eliminate friction points, enabling users to resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate across teams to embed self-serve into the product roadmap, using data and user insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all self-serve touchpoints through strong UX and design systems.
Build & Grow a High-Performing Team
- Lead and develop a world-class team of product designers.
- Implement an agile, collaborative pod structure tailored to company's product development cycle.
- Establish and track design KPIs that align with company’s business goals and user satisfaction metrics.
- Develop scalable processes for design reviews, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years leading design teams in a SaaS environment, ideally with experience in CRM, customer engagement domain.
- Proven track record of transforming complex workflows into elegant, self-serve user experiences that drive adoption, and improve customer satisfaction.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, UX design expertise, visual design skills, and a proven ability to impact product success.
- Experience with AI-driven enhancements.
- Deep knowledge of usability principles, information architecture, and modern HCI best practices.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively collaborate with product managers, engineers, and company's leadership.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced product teams focused on delivering high-quality software quickly.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
