Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external vendors
- Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC principles to drive project success
- Plan, budget, scope, cost, and schedule projects to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation and project timelines
Requirements
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong track record of delivering projects in a large, complex environment
- Proven experience as a PM, with a minimum of 8 years of experience
- University or technical college degree with a focus on insurance, business informatics, computer science, or a related field
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing, and scheduling ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
