Product Manager

Position : Product Manager 
Location : Raipur 
Experience : 3+ years 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Develop and Implement Product Strategies: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps 
that address internal business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. 
 Streamline Internal Operations: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in existing processes 
and implement solutions that improve productivity and system performance. 
 Coordinate Across Teams: Lead coordination efforts with IT, operations, and other departments to 
ensure alignment of product solutions with internal workflows and objectives. 
 Drive System Integration: Oversee the integration of new tools, applications, and technologies into 
existing infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. 
 Define Technical Requirements: Partner with development teams to create clear and actionable 
technical specifications for internal products and systems. 
 Facilitate Implementation: Ensure the successful execution of product development cycles, from 
concept to deployment, by closely monitoring timelines, resources, and deliverables. 
 Monitor and Optimize Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate 
the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement. 
 Support Internal Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring 
internal stakeholders’ needs are met with scalable, maintainable solutions. 
 Focus on Scalability and Maintainability: Drive initiatives to ensure product solutions are robust, 
sustainable, and capable of supporting future growth. 
 Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all internal products adhere to organizational standards, 
including security, compliance, and quality. 
 Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive 
innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. 

Qualifications: 

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.  
 Experience: 
 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in IT, software, or technology domains. 
 Proven track record of delivering successful IT or tech-based products. 

Technical Skills: 

 Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and cloud Technologies. 
 Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar. 
 Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts is a plus (e.g., APIs, databases, DevOps). 

Soft Skills:

 Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
 Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
