Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and Organization Change Management to ensure successful product launches.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Create detailed user stories and product specifications to guide the development process.
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future product improvements.
• Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.
   

Basic Qualification:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Minimum of 15 years of formal education.
• Sound knowledge in SDLC, Agile/scrum and product management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Critical-thinking skills and ability to innovate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• Experience of launching zero to one products.
• Knowledge of Escrow /Title Insurance industry, it’s processes and challenges.
