About the Role:
We are seeking an APM (Tech)/Product Manager - Tech to join our Product & Tech team in Bangalore. This role involves driving innovation, delivering high-quality technology products, and enhancing our customer experience in the travel domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to define and prioritize product features.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve product performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends in the travel and tech industries.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management within technology-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Experience with data analysis and utilizing metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of travel or hospitality technology is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
