Position Overview
As the Campaigns & Loyalty Product Manager, you will own our Loyalty Agent product, building automated campaign systems that drive repeat bookings and customer retention. You will use out-of-the-box thinking to leverage LLM-powered automation and AI-driven insights to design highly personalized, adaptive campaigns aligned with beauty and wellness customer behavior and seasonality.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and implement automated campaign systems leveraging LLMs and AI to tailor messaging, timing, and offers based on detailed customer segmentation and behaviorpatterns.
● Develop sophisticated algorithms that suggest optimal campaigns aligned with seasonal trends (holiday seasons, skincare cycles, wedding seasons, etc.) and customer lifecycle stages.
● Build and refine AI-driven offer recommendation engines that adapt promotions dynamically to service types, customer history, and market demand fluctuations.
● Use LLM-powered natural language generation to create personalized, engaging campaign content that resonates with different customer segments.
● Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to continuously improve campaign logic through iterative testing and machine learning feedback loops.
● Analyze campaign performance using AI-powered attribution and multi-touch models toidentify key drivers of conversion and retention.
● Drive provider success by ensuring campaign creation tools are intuitive and generate measurable ROI, leading to high adoption rates.
● Lead user research and gather feedback from both providers and customers to refine campaign strategies and tools.
Required Qualifications
● Proven experience analyzing customer behavior and translating insights into AI and LLM-powered automated campaign strategies.
● Deep understanding of beauty and wellness industry cycles, seasonal trends, and customer behaviors, complemented by knowledge of data science and AI applications in marketing.
● Demonstrated ability to build or manage automated marketing systems with minimal manual intervention and high effectiveness.
● Strong skills balancing service provider business needs with end-customer preferences using data-driven innovation.
● Minimum 3+ years of product management experience in marketing automation, CRMor retention-focused tools with exposure to AI/LLM technologies.
