We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the

The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the product’s evolution,

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>

â Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, roadmap
<\/div>
<\/div>
planning, execution, launch, and continuous iteration.
<\/div>

â Establish product vision, strategy, and multi -quarter roadmaps aligned with business

<\/div>
goals.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Conduct market and competitive research, perform user studies, analyze customer
<\/div>
<\/div>
feedback, and uncover new product opportunities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Translate insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance

<\/div>
criteria, and measurable success metrics.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Collaborate closely with engineering leads on sprint planning, dependency
<\/div>
<\/div>
management, and issue resolution.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Demonstrate deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and apply them to drive
<\/div>
<\/div>
efficient delivery.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Convert business needs into practical, high -value product features.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Communicate effectively with stakeholders; drive alignment across clients,
<\/div>
<\/div>
leadership, and internal teams.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and run experiments (including A/B tests)
<\/div>
<\/div>
to optimize outcomes.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Ensure product scalability, reliability, and long -term maintainability.

â Conduct product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs for clients, prospects, and
<\/div>
<\/div>
external stakeholders.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Gather structured feedback from demos to shape product enhancements and future
<\/div>
<\/div>
roadmap planning.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Bring experience with AI/ML -driven features or platforms.

â Leverage familiarity with HR -tech, recruiting workflows, ATS/CRM processes, or
<\/div>
<\/div>
talent -acquisition systems.

Requirements<\/h3>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a
<\/div>related discipline.
<\/div>â 6 to 10 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within SaaS,
<\/div>HR -tech, AI, or enterprise platforms.
<\/div>â Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and
<\/div>leading cross -functional teams.
<\/div>â Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.
<\/div>â Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
<\/div>â High degree of user empathy with sound understanding of UX principles.
<\/div>â Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA,
<\/div>Confluence, Figma, analytics dashboards, and similar platforms.
<\/div><\/span>
