BigStep is seeking a skilled Product Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience to lead the development of AI/ML-driven, data-centric products. This role focuses on solving user pain points, defining customer journeys, and driving cross-functional alignment to deliver high-impact solutions.
– Deeply understand user pain points, needs, and behaviors; define user personas and map customer journeys
– Translate business goals into clear product strategies, breaking them down into epics and actionable user stories
– Define and track measurable product success metrics aligned with business objectives
– Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) that clearly articulate feature scope and expected outcomes
– Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle
– Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to release and iteration
– Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
– Regularly update leadership and key stakeholders on roadmap progress, key decisions, and timelines
– 3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in data-intensive, SaaS, or AI/ML-driven environments
– Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles
– Experience writing effective PRDs and user stories, managing backlogs, and driving execution in cross-functional Agile teams
– Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track meaningful product metrics and KPIs
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership and technical teams
– Proficient in product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Slack, and Google Workspace.
