HugoHub

HugoHub is a standalone B2B technology platform consisting of both frontend experience layer and backend platforms that offer a full suite of modular banking services through a single integration. HugoHub comprises 5 key Product Pillars: 1. Accounts, Wallets & Payments, 2. Card Programmes, 3. Wealth, Savings & Investments, 4. Full Stack BaaS (Banking as a Service) and 5. Bank of API’s

A regulated entity with strong credentials

Atlas Consolidated Pte Ltd satisfies stringent corporate governance, operations, and regulatory integrity requirements to maintain licenses from regulatory bodies, such as: 

  • Monetary Authority of Singapore - Major Payment Institution license and Financial Advisors license
  • Ministry of Law, Singapore - Regulated Precious Metals Dealers license 
  • Visa Inc. - Principal Members Issuing licence

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology, who’s passionate about building deep customer understanding and translating it into impactful product narratives and adoption strategies. You’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—working with data, talking to users, shaping positioning, and collaborating across teams to bring great products to market.

What a “Product Marketing Manager” means to us

At HugoHub, Product Marketing is central to how we build and scale our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform. This role is not just about creating content—it’s about connecting customer needs with product capabilities and market trends to inform what we build and how we communicate it.

You will:

  • Uncover customer insights that inform product strategy and messaging
  • Craft positioning and messaging tailored to different segments—fintech startups, NBFCs, and digital banks.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts
  • Equip sales and partner teams with the tools they need to win.

Drive feature adoption and close the feedback loop from the market back into the product roadmap.



Requirements

How you can help us

  • Talk to users, study their workflows, and distill insights that shape our product and messaging.
  • Develop compelling narratives for how HugoHub solves real problems for different buyer personas.
  • Plan and execute GTM campaigns—owning the launch calendar and aligning stakeholders across teams.
  • Build enablement assets—decks, case studies, demos, product sheets—that support sales and customer onboarding.
  • Design adoption strategies with lifecycle campaigns, feature announcements, and educational content
  • Track the competitive landscape and keep our positioning sharp and differentiated.

What we consider relevant qualifications, experience and knowledge

  • 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS, B2B tech, or fintech environment.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to analyze user behavior, interview customers, and uncover actionable insights.
  • Skilled at creating clear and compelling messaging, tailored to specific customer personas.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM planning, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Notion, or similar.
  • Exposure to developer-first platforms, APIs, or BaaS products is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
