- Develop<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>product<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>solutions – Should be able to liaise comfortably with Development and QA teams to articulate the requirements for<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>product<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>development.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Managing the<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Product<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Backlog – Working cohesively with<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Product<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>team and business stakeholders and manage the backlog prioritization with clear communication.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Writing user stories (Jira) ê· He/She should be well versed in documentation covering business details in techno functional user stories with well -defined acceptance criteria. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Should also have capability to translate the requirement into the techno functional flow for larger audiences' re -presentation: Flow Diagram, Sequence Diagram and Component Diagram is the need <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Communication – Individual will be face of the requirement gathering from a technology perspective. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>He/She should be able to manage the stakeholders with comprehensive verbal and written communications and should be able to close the formal things on emails. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Participating in scrum events and ceremonies ê· work closely with Scrum masters to ensure agile ceremonies are met and cleared on time. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Ensure stakeholder alignment ê· one of the most critical aspects is to ensure internal and external stakeholder alignment. He/She should be able to liaise with individuals and get the work done. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Call escalation meeting when required if things are not moving and ensure stakeholder involvement and awareness as well as management. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Evaluation of progress ê· ensure project tracking on BAU basis. Should be self -motivated and managers shouldn’t follow up for closures. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Development stages ê· comprehensively manage the delivery timeliness and participate in UAT with members / internal stakeholder for smooth closure. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Collaboration with the development team ê· outside ceremonies individual should ensure needs and impediments for Dev and QA are addressed in proper forum for timely closure. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>SDLC – Should be comfortable managing the feature or<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>product<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>end to end. Dev, QA, UAT and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Product<\/span><\/span><\/span>ion cycle. He/She should not shy away from taking the responsibility of the<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>product<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>/ UAT issues and ensure front ending of the same until it sees resolution. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>Impact at a strategic level to define the vision and execution roadmaps for the features delivered through the team, managing the backlog, prioritizing needs to ensure timely and efficient delivery.<\/span><\/span>
