Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
- Leverage hands-on programming expertise in Java or Python to engage effectively with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure intuitive and visually appealing front-end experiences using React.
- Apply knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user engagement and usability.
- Work in close alignment with global stakeholders, managing expectations and driving product value.
- Champion Agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
- Utilize Git for version control and efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record as a Product Owner or Proxy PO.
- Strong programming background in Java or Python, with working knowledge of front-end development and React.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design practices and their application in modern product development.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
