  • Set up and maintain PMO frameworks, templates, and tools to ensure standardization across projects.
  • Monitor and report on project portfolio health, performance metrics, and delivery milestones
  •  Support project managers and teams in planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with strategic business goals and track benefits realization. 
  • Provide centralized governance, documentation control, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  •  Organize and lead PMO meetings, steering committees, and review boards. 
  • Conduct audits, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Train and mentor project team members on project management best practices
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP/Prince2 Certification preferred). 
  • 3–8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
  •  Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  •  Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.).
  •  Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  •  Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
