We are seeking a proactive and detail -oriented Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across our product and service lines. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross -functional teams including Engineering, and Client Success to ensure timely execution, effective communication, and smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines<\/b>, milestones, and deliverables.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and priorities.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track and report<\/b> project progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager or Program Lead.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support project documentation<\/b>, including meeting notes, action items, project plans, and change requests.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage and update task boards, sprint backlogs, and progress trackers using project management tools.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Facilitate daily stand -ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings where required.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive execution and resolve blockers<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist in resource planning<\/b> and coordination of dependencies across multiple teams.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.

    Required Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination or Junior Project Management<\/b> in a product or service -based organization.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile software development<\/span><\/span><\/b> or Waterfall model<\/span><\/span><\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira<\/span><\/span><\/b>, Confluence<\/span><\/span><\/b>, or similar platforms.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication, problem -solving, and stakeholder management skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Good to Have<\/b>
      <\/h3>
      • Certification in Project Management Institute<\/span><\/span><\/b>’s CAPM or equivalent.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Basic understanding of product development lifecycle.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Exposure to working with international clients and cross -functional teams.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
