Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines<\/b>, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and priorities. Track and report<\/b> project progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager or Program Lead. Support project documentation<\/b>, including meeting notes, action items, project plans, and change requests. Manage and update task boards, sprint backlogs, and progress trackers using project management tools. Facilitate daily stand -ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings where required. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive execution and resolve blockers<\/b>. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Assist in resource planning<\/b> and coordination of dependencies across multiple teams. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications<\/b> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination or Junior Project Management<\/b> in a product or service -based organization. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile software development<\/span><\/span><\/b> or Waterfall model<\/span><\/span><\/b>. Working knowledge of tools such as Jira<\/span><\/span><\/b>, Confluence<\/span><\/span><\/b>, or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, problem -solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change. Certification in Project Management Institute<\/span><\/span><\/b>’s CAPM or equivalent. Basic understanding of product development lifecycle. Exposure to working with international clients and cross -functional teams. Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards.
