- BE / MCA / BSc with 10-15 years of experience in managing web applications in Python/Django, MongoDB
- Manufacturing Industry Experience is added advantage.
- Interface with clients and gather requirements, analyze user requirements and prepare / update Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document. Travel to customer site locations to understand the business operations is required.Share the SRS document with project team developers and facilitate solutioning, architecture design and code development.
- Work with developers and ensure task list is prepared with a schedule to adhere to project delivery chart.
- Lead in agile meetings with customers and team developers and ensure module is developed in accordance with end user expectations in line with SRS.
- Work with project coordinators to prepare work order, BOM and PEP for assigned projects.
- Ensure progress reports are sent to customers frequently as per project terms.
- Ensure PM triangle Scope, Budget and Quality are maintained and as per agreed proposal terms with Customer.
- During warranty support and in projects covered under Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) / Application Management Services (AMS), daily review of open tickets and progress of resolution must be monitored and escalated for resolution. Ensure weekly and monthly reports to customers are to be sent to customers promptly at the end of the reporting period.
- Experience in handing IT project management of projects 1-5 Cr.
