Education Criteria:
Bachelors / master’s degree in engineering / IT or BCA / MCA
Part time or full time MBA or related management studies
Technical Skills(Essential):
Strong understanding ofsoftware development including hands on technical experience in some aspect of software development (Dev / QA / non-functional QA, BA)
Good Understanding of tech stack including database, message broker, REST, UI
Good understanding of Performance Engineering
Good understanding of CICD process
Good understanding of Agile and other Project management processes
Experience with payments.
Technical Skills (Desirable):
Experience with cloud deployed application.
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with MQ, MongoDB, Kafka
Roles & Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of key initiatives.
Collaborate with product owners, architects and scrum teams and ensure deliveries are made on time and with quality
Prioritize and align product development with business objectives.
Be flexible to quickly realign with changing realities of business objectives, market conditions, technology evolution and team changes and ensure team synchs up asap.
Ensure motivation levels of team is high and attrition levels are low.
