Oracle Siebel CRM team is looking for a top Product Management professional to drive acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers on the Siebel CRM platform.
Role & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will drive the conversations with existing and new customers around their CRM plans, implementation details, challenges, pain-points, etc. and feed the information back to create a complete solution experience by utilizing Siebel CRM and Oracle CX products. The primary responsibilities include:
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy and solutions for a specific product area.
- Lead customer interactions to understand their CX landscape, uncover expectations, identify gaps, and drive inputs to product backlog.
- Create business cases with valid justifications to drive improvements to the product.
- Interface with the marketing team in go to market initiatives and evangelizing product on various platforms.
- Perform the responsibilities of a Product Owner in scrum teams.
- Support existing customers by prioritizing/fixing bugs/gaps.
- Work with UX team to build world class user experience.
- Work with the engineering teams to build and manage product releases including PSR, security guidelines, test plan, localization, accessibility etc.
- Support peer teams in building go-to-market strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager or business analyst for enterprise products. CRM experience is a must.
- Relevant domain and CX knowledge in one or more of these industries – Public Sector / Financial Services / Automotive.
- Experience creating product roadmaps, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Ability to independently lead customer interactions and build meaningful relationships with customers.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross-functional teams.
- Implementation or Business Analyst experience at a Siebel CRM deployment would be advantageous.
