 Job Title: Senior Manager/AVP – Product Management

 Location: Pune

 Experience Required: 5–6 years

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager/ Senior Business Analyst to join our Fintech team, with a strong focus on Process Excellence, Payments, and Digital Product Optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and deliver actionable insights that enhance our payment systems, onboarding journeys, and operational workflows.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve end-to-end payment processes, including merchant onboarding, settlements, dispute resolution, and transaction monitoring.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Work closely with product managers, operations, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure aligned process design and delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into clear documentation (BRDs, process flows, SOPs).
  • Lead or support automation, workflow optimization, and RPA initiatives.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs, dashboards, and present insights to leadership.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (e.g., RBI, KYC, AML in Indian context or relevant authorities in your region).
  • Support incident analysis and mitigation strategies for payment failures, latency, or chargeback spikes.
  • Stay abreast of trends in UPI, IMPS, NEFT, cards, wallets, BNPL, etc.

 

 

 

 Must-Have Skills:

  • 5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product manager/Process excellence Manager in Fintech or Payments domain.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystem: UPI, Payment Gateways, Cards, Reconciliation, Settlements, etc.
  • Prior exposure to merchant onboarding journeys, risk operations, or fraud management.
  • Expertise in Process Mapping, Requirement documents creation
  • Proficiency in Excel, Flow diagram, Data Analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.

 

 Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with RPA tools, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Should have knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS) in fintech.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.

 

 Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
  • Certification or coursework in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Data Analytics is a plus.
  • MBA or post-grad certification in Business Analytics or Process Management is a plus.
