A Technical Project Manager oversees various aspects of projects within the retail sector, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.<\/span>

 Required Skills:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

  • 10+ years of total experience preferably in Retail/E -commerce/Supply chain Domains/OMS. (Mandatory<\/b>)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Any OMS/WMS/Ecommerce/Supply chain experience. (Nice to have)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong Project Management Skills.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Databases.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Good knowledge of Microservices Architecture.<\/span>

    <\/p>

    • Ability to do Account mining, work on growth strategy etc.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre -requisite.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Responsible for multiple project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress reports, quality, and reviews.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring ongoing optimization and innovation in project delivery.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Awareness of latest technologies and trends.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Logical thinking and problem -solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Report and escalate to management as needed.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Develop supporting documentation and materials including demonstrations, presentations, and other tools to ensure solutions are easy to manage and repeatable.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ensure high customer connect for the project, building processes for all relevant team members to engage with the customer.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Define and track KPIs to measure project success and regularly report progress to stakeholders.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to build proposals (RFP’s) for new clients.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Lead the development of proposals for retail projects, leveraging your expertise to craft compelling solutions that address client requirements and demonstrate value.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Participate in recruitment process of technical resources.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.<\/span>
