Purpose of Role: As part of the digital strategic vision, the Technology Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, products and programs with Weir's NEXT Intelligence Solutions.
Overseeing the cross-functional development and engineering teams, through effective collaboration and working in partnership with Solution and Technical Managers and Development and Business Enablement teams, you will ensure each product is implemented and launched according to schedule and financial targets.

Through innovations like vibration monitoring, wear sensors, and condition tracking, it enables predictive maintenance, operational efficiency, and safety improvements. By integrating these technologies, NEXT Intelligence helps customers optimize their equipment usage, reduce downtime, and increase sustainability across their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver digital projects, solutions, and programs aligned with the Weir Minerals Digital Strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate with product owners to define goals, align priorities, and manage delivery from planning through deployment.
Lead Agile delivery processes, including scrum management, user testing, change management, and release planning.
Build and manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, while fostering high team morale.
Monitor budgets, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and digital leadership.
Drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with standards, and support deployment and handover to operations.
Engage with stakeholders across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and services to ensure alignment and adoption.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IS&T, or Business,
Experience with SAFe Agile or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
PMP Qualifications highly desirable
Proven experience in managing large-scale digital and software delivery projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle, with knowledge of IIoT platforms and familiarity with mechanical engineering or heavy industry environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
