Our client seeks an experienced Lead Solution Architect / Lead Technical Project Manager to manage the technical integration and operational relationships with key resellers, including mobile carriers, and top streaming platforms. You’ll lead the end-to-end technical review and integration of bundling solutions, focusing on delivering under fast-paced timelines with limited resources. In this role, you’ll assess technical capabilities, build partnerships, and oversee seamless integration across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and solution designs with resellers, ensuring the technical setup meets each merchant’s unique requirements, including handling complex and custom integrations.
- Lead the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping and project planning to managing tasks and schedules, while addressing change requests and limiting scope creep.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to streamline processes, manage resources, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Act as the communication hub for project progress, changes, and any issues across resellers, merchants, and internal departments.
- Act as the primary escalation point for any integration issues, resolving challenges swiftly and maintaining project continuity.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team by providing technical expertise to support new business opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience, specifically managing API integrations within time, budget, and scope.
- Fintech, payments, or mobile industry experience preferred.
- Proven leadership with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of REST, SOAP integrations, and SQL, with expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Data-driven, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive work environment.
- Comfortable diving into project details when necessary, with a focus on delivering top-tier results.
- Strong written and verbal skills for both business and technical communications.
