We are looking for an experienced product manager to drive product strategy and development, collaborating closely with our founding team and engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and gain valuable experience in digital healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Product Strategy: Partner with the Product Manager to help define and evolve product vision, establish clear goals, and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company objectives.
- Manage and Resolve Production Issues: Analyze and prioritize production issues by understanding root causes, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring timely resolutions to maintain product stability and quality.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize analytics (SQL proficiency required) to track and interpret product usage, identify key insights, and support data-backed decisions that prioritize high-impact features and enhancements.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to lead and drive project launches that deliver meaningful value to our members.
- Drive Roadmap with Documentation: Develop clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) that outline feature specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and guiding successful feature development.
- Triage Customer Feedback and Issues: Gather, assess, and prioritize customer feedback and reported issues, transforming insights into actionable solutions and incorporating them into the product roadmap for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- B. Tech/ BE in Computer Science or other engineering areas from a top engineering institute.
- Prior experience as a software engineer is a plus.
- 04-06 years of relevant experience as a PM.
- Understanding of various functional areas including engineering, customer care, finance, supply chain, operations, logistics, etc.
- Experience owning projects end-to-end (from conceptualization to development and use by patients or in-house care/pharmacists' team).
- Experience in creating wireframes, writing SQL queries, and analyzing analytics data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
- Genuinely excited about working in an early-stage startup, learning and solving problems without getting constrained by current knowledge or experience.
- Motivated to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects.
