Requirements<\/h3>

Educational Qualification<\/span>
<\/h2>

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Product Management certification is a plus).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • 2 to 5 years years of product management experience<\/span> working with and leading cross\-functional teams.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (CSPO, AIPMM, Pragmatic, Scrum Product Owner) are preferred.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Key Responsibilities<\/span>
    <\/h2>

    • Define, build, and communicate the <\/span>product vision, strategy and long\-term roadmap<\/span>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/h2><\/li>

    • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

      • Work closely with developers and QA to ensure features meet customer needs and business objectives.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Provide clear <\/span>functional and technical acceptance criteria<\/span>, sign\-offs, and documentation to ensure high\-quality product releases.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Develop detailed <\/span>product requirements<\/span>, user stories, and product specifications for engineering teams.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Lead product planning, sprint prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Act as a <\/span>Product Owner<\/span>, ensuring continuous delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog, monitoring development progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely releases.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

        • Work with marketing and sales on <\/span>go\-to\-market strategies<\/span>, feature releases, and product positioning.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

          • Gather and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to guide product decisions.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Identify and implement <\/span>process improvements<\/span> in product development and delivery to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Monitor product KPIs, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Drive continuous improvements based on data, insights, and customer feedback.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

            • Maintain a <\/span>customer\-first approach<\/span>, deeply understanding user needs and advocating for customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.<\/span>

              Key Skills Required<\/span>

              • Mandatory prior experience in an <\/span>IT or technology\-focused company<\/span>.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Strong understanding of <\/span>product lifecycle management<\/span>, agile frameworks, and user\-centered design.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Hands\-on experience with tools such as <\/span>JIRA, Figma, Confluence, Google Analytics, etc. <\/span>
                <\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, actionable steps.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Customer\-first mindset with a passion for building impactful products.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • Experience with <\/span>SaaS products or the Salesforce ecosystem<\/span> is a plus.<\/span>

              • Strong data interpretation skills and experience working with metrics dashboards.<\/span>
