Turn ambiguous operational chaos into clear, usable product specs for developers.
Manage sprints, priorities, and communication — without drowning anyone in pointless meetings.
Work closely with leadership, engineering, and field ops, giving you full visibility into the real-world impact of your decisions.
Spot broken processes, fix them, prevent them from breaking again — and make the solution look obvious in hindsight.
Track metrics, unblock developers, and maintain momentum using discipline, clarity, and calm — not drama.
4+ years of experience managing tech projects/products (especially internal tools, dashboards, field ops systems, workflow automation).
Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts — not “Google-first,” but “let’s break this down and solve it” thinking.
Hands-on understanding of real-life challenges: unreliable networks, rural execution constraints, distributed teams, and operational bottlenecks.
Clear, crisp, and practical communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, with the ability to apply it sensibly and flexibly.
Ability to balance speed, quality, and sanity.
Experience managing web dashboards and Android applications, with a focus on usability, reliability, and real-time data.
