We are seeking an Offshore Program Manager to drive QA efforts for our project. This role involves leading offshore QA operations, supporting release cycles, and collaborating with onshore teams to ensure high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate should have expertise in planning, test execution, stakeholder communication, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities\:

Oversee end-to-end QA from offshore.

Ensure on-time QA sign-off and smooth execution of dogfood and production releases.

Drive daily test execution, track progress, and report key QA metrics.

Identify risks and work with onsite teams to resolve blockers.

Act as the primary offshore point of contact for QA-related activities.

Collaborate with onsite program managers, teams, including engineering, product, and release leads.

Ensure seamless communication between offshore and onsite teams.

Participate in release retrospective meetings and drive continuous process improvements.

Implement best practices for bug triaging, test tracking, and automation triaging.

Ensure compliance with industry standards like GAR 2025, DMA, and accessibility guidelines.

Optimize offshore QA operations to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience\: QA, Release Management, or Program Management.

Project Management\: Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Knowledge\: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and mobile app testing (Android/iOS).

Tools\: Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Jenkins, Git, or similar tools.

Communication & Leadership\: Ability to lead offshore teams and collaborate effectively with onsite teams.

Preferred\: Prior experience in supporting onsite teams from an offshore location
